I messaged the seller, but I never received a response from them. I requested that they send three additional glasses or refund me for the three broken glasses.

Have no confidence that you will get your item and be ready for a hassle and for the seller to keep your money. They want me to send the wrong item back before sending me my item or refunding me. I’m not spending my time and money to fix an issue I didn’t create! BUYER BEWARE 🛑 I’m out money and got nothing unless eBay steps in!

Said would refund, but had nowhere to do so, then never responded to follow up messages. Had to re-purchase elsewhere & now have to go through ebay to try & get refunded.
