I would say that it was better than the pictures demonstrated. The item is very clean. I will wash it before first use because I like to do so but I don’t believe that it would need to be. The value of this item is excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase from the seller again.

Emailed seller and within minutes they apologized profusely and refunded the entire purchase price. The damage was more to the frame and glass with very minor damage to the actual picture. I would have given back a portion of the refund, as I didn't expect to be refunded the full purchase price.
