My order arrived quickly and had been carefully packaged so as to avoid any damage in the shipping process...almost too well packaged, however...the seller had placed tissue paper inside the styrofoam packaging that houses the ornament and it was so tight inside the Jim Shore box that I couldn't get the ornament out without damaging both the styrofoam and the box. Although the ornament is used it is in excellent condition.
