Everything came wrapped up in secure packaging and in good shape. The Xbox is in good condition aside from a few blemishes or scratches here or there. Vents were a little dusty but some wipes and compressed air took care of that no problem. Controller and games were also just fine and work perfectly! Wonderful first buy!

From their packaging down to their customer support. Very fast with responses and very genuine indeed. Showed the utmost respect and im truly grateful. Secondly, the product. It was pretty nice I'd say feels like how a fast mmo mouse should be, my only complaint about it was that it didn't really fit in my hand and the sensor wasnt that bad, but i have my own preference. Essentially I'd say give it a try
