Came in a large package and was bubble wrapped and condition was great. Only a few scratches on the top shell but that's nothing. Product came as described with the SD card, stylus, and charger. I was able to install more things onto the console than what it came with without any hassle! Seller answered my questions asap and was very pleasant.
