The item works, but got a bit damaged (bent brackets, cracked LCD) in shipping (heavy weight plus UPS handling). Seller was good to communicate with and agreed to a partial refund. Certainly would have been a waste of money to return it, given the understandably expensive shipping cost. Seller recommended, and the UPS performs its functions fine regardless.
