The only problem was I received the wrong troll. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. The seller gave me an option to return the troll or make a $5 offer on the one I originally ordered and keep the troll I received. Since I didn’t know how to return it I opt to make the $5 offer. Seller had reached out in apologies for the issue that occurred during shipping and graciously provided a partial refund for the overall sale.
