Accurate description and prompt shipping in a secure envelope but I was charged an additional .50 for hand stamping by the P.O. who indicated that the envelope was to rigid to pass through their cancellation machine (non-machinable). Seller charged 2.50 for shipping but only put .69 postage on the envelope.
