      I ordered from this seller a L'Oreal "Natural" brown hair color. Picture #1shows what the seller "advertised" but picture #2 shows what was sent is not the natural brown. I contacted the seller asking to return the order, they stated that they had contacted the manufacturer and it was the same. The seller said they would refund me the purchase price once I returned the order. My COMPLAINT is the seller shipped a DIFFERENT item, this is false advertisement.

      Good phone at budget price

      A year after release, I paid well less than half the retail price for refurbished. I feel that's a bargain. It'll get quarterly software updates for 2 more years and security updates for another year past that. It released with Android 11 and just updated to 12. Samsung claims it will update to 13 next year. This phone is a low midrange in terms of features and hardware, so don't expect great anything, but I think everything is at least good. I don't play games, so I can't give a good review, but from what I've read it probably won't do that well. It's certainly faster than my 5 year old Moto g5. Camera photos are good. I'm a light user so the battery lasts at least 4 days for me, but should last a day for a heavy user. The 5g connection (midband t-mobile) has been great. Solid reception ...

      So far so good

      This is my wife's phone. There were a few issues getting it set up, the screen froze several times with pixels grayed out. I had to restart the phone several times but after downloading about 5 updates the problems cleared up. The phone is working fine now and hopefully it will continue to do so. So far so good.

      Not what I expected; Disappointed

      When I took the phone to have a Nano Sims card put in, the technician said the screen was chipped. You could only see it if you held it at a certain angle. I purchase the phone because it was compatible with my medical devise. I ended up having to purchase another phone. I do not understand your 3rd question, what is a "small form factor"

      Works good. I find that even with the smart share/switch that all of my passwords didn't switch over to this phone from my old one. So, I did have to redo some apps but it's still a good phone so far.

      It works way better then expected, I mainly bought this phone to spoof on Pokemon go and it runs like a dream, I can use all high settings and not have an issue with frame rate or connection. I bought the unlocked version but since I only need it for an online game I only use WiFi and it runs really good!
