Very good deal for the included components, especially compared to others. Packing was secure. Box had different specs but I checked and ensured that they were correct on laptop. I had an issue where camera was not functioning (they told me it was checked beforehand to be functional), and we both could not resolve the issue, but they offered a return or 100$ refund. Very professional, great service and communication.
