  The item came exactly as described, great packing as well. The seller offers items at very good prices, not over bloated like other sellers. My only gripe was that USPS redirected my package to two different addresses before I had to email and call them to fix their mistake. I asked the seller to do this, when I first noticed it happening, but she did not take the extra effort to fix their problem. Regardless, shipping would have been perfect if it arrived on time. I’ll chalk it up to USPS

  Good seller. Always has a broad offering of fountain pens. Items always packed carefully and arrive quickly. Does not always respond to questions. But obviously has a strong following of customers.

  Order well packaged & exactly as pictured. Shipping took a few extra days due to airline shut down out of distribution center of origin; totally not within sellers control. Given the less than five dollar per unit price paid and the pleasant surprise of several parkers, a Levenger, and all pens being basically complete I have to say that unreservedly that I got one hell of a sweet deal.
