It was placed within a sturdy plastic bag and shipped inside thick cardboard. The shipping speed was fast. The book is as described on the website: limited first edition hardcover with signings by the author and illustrator. I think this book is an excellent value for the money paid. I am very pleased with my purchase, and I highly recommend this seller for future purchases. Thanks very much!! Grade: A+++.
