I did receive a response and was given an explanation that the package was delayed at the warehouse but was shipping within a day or so. Item arrived as shown in the photos and shipped when he said it would after the issue was resolved. Stuff happens and curated came through in the end. Sometimes you just gotta have patience and a little grace. Will be a repeat customer.
