Product Information
November 1956, and the quiet seaside town of Barnmouth should be hiber- nating from its summer excesses. Customers and staff are drawn into a spider's web of intrigue, while the manager's personal problems compound matters. Apart from consoling his frustrated wife, his widowed father is acting strangely. Could it be senility...or is it something more sinister? Solace for David Goodhart is found on the golf course, and through the continuing good form of Torquay United, of which he is an avid supporter. But the chain of events involving his staff, customers and family becomes increasingly threatening...

Unfortunately the packaging didn't survive Royal Mails handling and this was the only book I received of five I had ordered. I contacted WeBuyBooks and they have been brilliant in trying to resolve the issue of the missing books. They are replacing one that they still have in stock though unfortunately are unable to do so for the other three so are issuing a refund for these.
