    High quality headset

    This is a high quality headset. Audio quality is also very, very good and is very comfortable, a little bit on the heavy side. If you have to wear a headset all day, this won't disappoint you.

    Sounded great; noise cancellation not so sure it was working, as I bought a pair that were repaired for 25% of retail price and they worked great for a few days and then they didn’t charge, turn on, nothing just died. I’d hope that a new pair of these would be awesome!! Definitely recommend!

    Great value

    This is a great headset. This model is a few years old but still better than the new ones. I have the newer Poly version of this headset and it's not any better and a whole lot more expensive. Sound quality is fantastic, love the mute button, the voice "You're on mute" when in a conf call. Bluetooth to your computer isn't always that reliable especially when you've got a mouse and other bluetooth devices. The dongle gives you a dedicated bluetooth connection and the range is pretty good. Noise canceling is fantastic, and they can't hear my wife and son who come into the office and start talking at any time.

    May keep as a backup or regift....

    Pro's: price Cons: noise cancellation = 0. I use these for work from home so the NC for background noise is imperative. The 4200 series NC is unmatched - I thought these would be an upgrade but they are not. And quite a few times the audio cut off where I couldn't hear my caller and they couldn't hear me.

    This is my second PLT Focus B825. The first one lasted almost 4 years of everyday use. The quality of sound on both ends is unmatched.
