I placed my order Monday 3-17-25 and it was at my door on Wednesday 3-19-25! That’s what I call service! I messaged them with my questions and they got right back at me with answers! I love my Losi dbxl! You made this experience better than going into a hobby shop! We will be doing buisness again!

Wrote seller and told them what had happened, figuring they would take care of it, wrong! I bought it on April 13th. It was delivered on the 16th. They were gone until the 17th of April and I wrote them whathadhappened and waited for a response, that never came. When you spend that much money, you will expect to have some customer service?
