I purchased the item on Feb 12th, messaged him on the 18th to get a shipping estimate- he responded by “scolding” me for texting him so late. It took him a total of 12 days to ship the item, it was a gift & I asked to include a gift message- NOPE, he didn’t. This was a cast iron item, he shipped it in an ENVELOPE- arrived with a chip taken out of the paw & many small chips were inside the packaging. Buyer messaged everyday, 2-3 times a day. I replied best as I could. Buyer was incessant regarding a need for a gift note, and buyer was not satisfied with my response that I would include a gift note with their words. I do not feel this buyer is being truthful and this buyer has been escalated to eBay. Sellers please beware of this buyer.
