He let me know he would refund it, but would not pay for shipping. So I started the refund process through eBay and then instantly got 10 messages telling me how awful of a person I was and a scammer. He wanted black. I let him know the title said it was blue and pictures clearly showed the color as blue. My listing stated no returns. I offered a return if he paid for return shipping. I offered to refund the item price but not shipping either way because it was his mistake. Instead he filed a false claim with ebay to force me to pay for shipping. I filed a claim with ebay and was reimbursed. Ebay sided with me over entitled buyer.
