A sealed ETB case was placed inside a box that had similar dimensions, with the outer box being a little deeper. Then they laid air packs on the top of the ETB case. The dents to the ETB case were on the bottom, where there were no air packs to protect the ETB case. Saving grace is the ETB case label and tape were intact. If looking for absolutely pristine items, buy in person
