The package was smashed/bent and took 16 days to arrive, 12 of which with no tracking. All said, the seller was very helpful, understanding and easy to work with. They responded to my messages promptly and in the end, offered a fair and reasonable refund amount, for my troubles. One we were both good with. Thank you for making the best of a less that favorable situation.

The only issue I had with the order was that it was shipped from Puerto Rico, not California like the listing said. The item took 3.5 weeks to arrive, not the few days that was estimated. Seller had great communication through the whole process, but I was a little frustrated by the lack of transparency with shipping location. Well packaged and arrived in good condition. Although not the fault of the seller, USPS charges too much for shipping. Suggest other shippers.
