World War II Morocco springs to life in Michael Curtiz's (THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD, YANKEE DOODLE DANDY) classic love story. Colorful characters abound in Casablanca, a waiting room for Europeans trying to escape Hitler's war-torn Europe. Humphrey Bogart plays Richard "Rick" Blaine, a cynical but good-hearted American whose café is the gathering place for everyone from the French Police to the black market to the Nazis. When his long-lost love, Ilsa (Ingrid Bergman), surfaces in Casablanca with her Resistance leader husband, Victor Laszlo (Paul Henreid), Rick is pulled into both a love triangle and a web of political intrigue. Ilsa and Victor need to escape from Casablanca, and Rick may be the only one who can help them. The question is, will he? Top-notch performances include Claude Rains as the chief of the French police and the major authority figure in Unoccupied France, Peter Lorre as the doomed Senor Ugarte, Sydney Greenstreet as Senor Ferrari, and Dooley Wilson as Rick's loyal friend and the café's pianist, Sam. The mesmerizing musical score, by Max Steiner, along with the well-structured plot, flawless acting, and unforgettable dialogue makes this one of the best films of all time.

Casablanca 1942 /Colorized Version
I felt very lucky to now own a very hard to find colorized version of, the Classic Hollywood Casablanca! After some Manual Tweeding, the Colors are 99% Natural, as if it was shot as a Colored Movie. The only thing that couldn't be fixed was the Picture, it is a bit off, not a 100% Sharp Picture. The Sharpness of the Picture had nothing to do w/the e-bay Merchance that sold it to me, I believe that was from the early Days of the Colorizing. All the newer Colorized Movies are now 100% Perfect Picture, it's just too bad the worth while Movie Titles are so Very Very Limited to find on the MKT.I felt very lucky to now own a very hard to find colorized version of, the Classic Hollywood Casablanca! A brilliant story with extraordinary acting
Casablanca is one of the best movies of all time. The DVD I received was in great condition and played perfectly. When people say, "They don't make movies like this anymore" they are probably referencing Casablanca. If I could only own one movie, Casablanca is the one I would own. Here's looking at you, Kid!

Write a review of the best movie ever made...I know there are no special effect, explosions, monsters, just a great story with unbelievable stars... Mere humans cannot write a review for this movie... too back young people will never see it... and how a movie tells a story...

Nice thing about classics is they always remain classic. When you mix that era's best stars with top of the line directors you can hardly miss on seeing a great film. I never tire of greatness. Movies make fabulous ways to time travel. I actually felt like the Nazis' were still alive & well but after the movie ends I can still go to my safe haven of my own bed. I feel I want to thank Bogie & Ingrid Bergman all over again for entertaining me: oh what the heck, Thanks to you all. Just want to add: We will miss you Mr. Osborne.Nice thing about classics is they always remain classic. Fantastic Movie
I am satisfied ... The movie is great and surprisingly I don't have any breaks in watching the movie / small scratches on the disc / I only have one but ... if you write in very good condition I'm expecting something in really good condition ... no minor scratches on the dvd, as well as a cover that was damaged where you put the dvd inside, little round thing in the middle where the dvd is insertedI am satisfied ...
