It isn't usable in the condition in which it was sold. The seller did refund $60.00 but I am still out $50.64 for an item that I can't use. I decided that was better than being out the $110.64 plus return shipping and only get a refund for the purchase price. This seller, for some reason, believed it was my problem that he sold me an item that didn't work!!!
