The color printer only printed black, as the ink outlets were clogged. I contacted seller 3 times and only get an automated response that item has shipped. I reported seller to my credit card company; The seller lied to my credit card company and said item was working. Please help.

I was a little concerned with the ink cart being taped up with masking tape, but it was good as new one I got that part re-inked and wound, this seller knows what they're doing. Thanks for the good deal!
