Item came severely damaged. After reading buyers past feedback left by others i wasn't surprised & wished i had read them first before i bought the item.....i tried to email the seller & even sent them pictures of the damaged item but they got agitated & accused me of wrongdoing so i opened up a case to send the item back. Be warned they dont care about their customers. Item came thrown in a large tv size box all beat up because it had no insulation to keep it from bouncing around inside!

bad behavior continues. I shipped the item back (which is what you do when you get a damaged item) & got a nasty email from the seller with him calling me "Down right horrid" I'm guessing the seller doesn't know how eBay works.You get damaged items because the seller just threw them in a large tv box without any protection, bubble wrap, or paper & shipped it, you then open a case & send it back. By the way they did offer me a $20 partial refund out of $75 & got mad when i didn't take it shrug

Lightweight with not the greatest features.
I bought the coin machine so that I wouldn't have to count $10 in quarters,$5 in dimes, etc. But that isn't the case. I still have to count the change into the correct denomination and then put it into the machine so that it can fall into the proper wrapper. I can't just drop a hand full of change into the hopper and wait for each wrapper to be full because the count of each is not correct. Still too time consuming. Jams all too frequently, only sort a small amount of coins at a time, hard to remove excess coins from overflow bin.
It may have been that the sorter was listed as 'new' only to find that it was used and a store return. I tried it several times to see how it would work. It only handles a very small batch of coins at a time. I tried to feed the coins slowly into the top hopper but it jammed more than once to the point that I had to open the top and remove the jammed coins and restart the process. The coin tubes hold more than needed for coin wrappers. The quarter and nickel tubes hold 1 more coin and the dime and penny tubes hold 2 more coins than needed to wrap in their respective paper wrappers. I'm glad I counted the coins before wrapping or the bank would gotten a little extra in each wrapper. If you have to manually recount the coins, it defeats the purpose of having a count ... The overflow coins fall into the open area in front of the coin tubes. There is no easy way to get the overflow coins out unless you have small fingers and string finger nails. The start/stop button in front makes it easy to operate but the small batch size for coins makes it a long process of getting a large amount of coins sorted and wrapped.

Coin Sorter
It's a cool coin sorter but few times it jammed. Its easy to open to clear the coins and it works again. I still had to count the coins before putting them in the wrapper though. Overall, it's ok.

Royal Sovereign QS-1AC coin sorter - nice but quality control should have caught the defect!
This coin sorter replaces one I had for 15 + years until it finally quit!!! The Royal Soverein looked like a good replacement for the old one. I did have a problem of not being able to slide the coin tube drawer out and being that it was a non returnable item from ebay, I contacted the customer service at Royal Soverein for advice. The young lady give me directions on how to remove the cover & trays saying more than likely a coin was jammed. Being that I had not sorted any coins yet, I had my doubts. Sure enough, after opening it up I saw that during assy a washer had been installed cockeyed and had jammed the tray slide. It had also split the screw post. Since the rep had said it was covered under the 12 month warrenty, I decided to try and repair it instead of shipping it back. I ... its an Okay machine
if you put to many coins in it, it constantly gets jammed .You have to take it apart to unjam the machine.Then you actually have to count out the coins in order to have the right amount in each coin wrapper.This is a coin wrapper not a coin counter.,it does the job its suppose to for the most part.
