As described except I didn't realize the turtleneck collar was part of the sweatshirt. Just what I had been searching for for several years. Packaging was poor; wrapped in a very thin brown paper without any inner plastic bag. The package arrived torn in two places exposing the sweatshirt. With Digipak cases today it is not uncommon and I could not tell by the pic. CD seems to play but it is scratched pretty good. DVD seems fine, probably not to much play on it.
