Now my one problem, I had some questions about the product before it arrived, because the price was too good to be true, and seller communications were non-existent. I went the entirety of the shipping process with no response, like I wasn't owed one, like my question didn't matter.

      Great seller, shipped fast on their end, only issue is usps kinda just sucks at delivering on time. It managed to make it 3000 miles in 3 days but then took 3 days to travel 1 mile to my house. But the packaging was great, no damage to box and tons of padding for the motherboard. All the extra parts for the motherboard were sealed individually and are all there. 10/10 seller would buy from again.

      Great value!

      Works great! Amazing value for the price, brand new routers are 3x the price! Setup was extremely easy, just had to use the xfinity app. Took around 20 minutes for everything, and works just like a new one would.

      3 months and going strong!

      Replaced a Arris modem/router with this, though not inexpensive it is very solid both in manufacture and in capability. Doisis 3.1 comes in at the maximum rate for my provider Xfinity @500 mps The Arris was considerably slower though still a 3.1 Coverage is very good both on 5Ghz and 2.8 installation took 3 min. I have been using this for approximately 3 months without any problems and see no reason to change! Strongly recommend this product if you require good reliability and Wi-Fi coverage.

      Is it not a new router, I ask for help technical support NEARGEAR, they tell me cannot have warranty

      If the product or router is new, the advantage is that you would not have to pay rent for a router is a good product. but; The router that I bought did not work in my system, I could not do the set-up because another user configured it, I hope that the insurance pays me for the defective product.

      Great Product. Cut your Provider Rental Fee.

      This router/modem is the best. Save $14.00 a month for rental fees from my cable provider and this one will handle gig packages.
