The item was listed as brand new sealed in box and the controller received didn’t come close to matching the picture on the box. He was bitter for some reason and told Ebay it was 3rd party and used...it was NEITHER. Pitiful this is how you are treated when you promptly make things right. I will be turning this in to Ebay.
