Seller had it listed as a 14” doll, but she is actually over 20”. Seller was great with communication—offered a complete refund. I decided to keep the doll, as she is really beautiful, and am now incorporating her into my collection. I appreciated how the seller offered a return with no issue. Also, shipping costs were extremely reasonable. Thanks!
