      I still gave a good feedback but a little disappointed. I wish this would have been shipped in a box because it being shipped only in a bag with with bubble wrap was not good enough and the mailman attempted to squeeze it in my mail holder which did not have room if came in the box would have been much different outcome. But nonetheless good price. Just a little disappointed at the fact that it could have been put in a box. Thank you anyways

      Software quirks with Windows but happy with mouse overall

      It's been years but apparently Logitech & Windows have not resolved the issues with the software on Windows. Some things work fine and others don't. Having said that I prefer a trackball mouse and the Logitec brand has been long lasting for me. This one is designed to be used with either hand so a plus if you're left handed. I had one of these before and used it until it died. I'm happy with the mouse as I didn't want to spend a lot of money for a mouse but wanted a trackball mouse and they to be pricey so this used one is fine. The ball just falls out easily if you tip it so I have to be careful but it's okay so I'm satisfied.

      Found an old treasure for my laptop

      I had this mouse when I worked and loved it. The ball in the middle is so much better, you never even have to move the mouse. I had one and when I got my laptop I gave away my keyboard and mouse and now that I see how much they are new I wished I had kept it. It's working great so far. Love it. Once you get used to this mouse, which was already easy for me..you won't want to use any other style.

      Responsive and well designed.

      Used these for years. Excellent track ball type of mouse. I will use them until they are obsolete and they are almost there..

      Works well with additional software

      This is my first trackball, and I'm having a pretty good experience. I tried it because I was having some thumb pain from using a mouse, and it has helped, though now I'm left-clicking with my thumb so it's not complete relief. It's not quite as accurate as a mouse, but it's close, and the mouse had movement disadvantages too. The biggest problem is the loss of the scroll wheel. I was able to overcome this about 90% (after several misfires - the Logitech software did me no good, and I can't remember the other ones I tried) after downloading X-Mouse Button Control. It's not super user-friendly software, but after fiddling around with the scrolling options for 'button 4' I've got a pretty good scrolling function. Without this software I probably wouldn't be using the trackball at all.
