Gamers can relive Peter Jackson's version of J.R.R. Tolkien's epic trilogy (albeit with small plastic blocks and vintage Traveller's Tales humor) as they join Frodo, Aragorn, and the rest of the Fellowship in LEGO The Lord of the Rings. All of Middle-earth has been re-created, even portions not seen in the films, but players follow the general progression of the story, travelling from The Shire all the way to the heart of Mordor. As always, gamers spend much of the adventure switching between characters, dismantling foes, and destroying the environments to earn LEGO studs.<br><br>There are more than 80 different characters to unlock, including the massive spider Shelob, the frightening Balrog, and the tortured hobbit Gollum, and the game includes dozens of lines of dialogue taken directly from the films. Players can collect Mithril to forge new items in the Blacksmith Shop, and characters gain new weapons and attacks as the advance through the journey. Special Palantir seeing stones let gamers jump back and forth between storylines, and as always, multiplayer fans can drop in or out of the action any time they please.

    The movie arrived quickly and even though the packaging arrived damaged, the item itself came as described. The case had some scratches and dirt but the disc inside was pristine. Great price compared to other sellers I came across. Movie looks great, plays great. Aside from the slight packaging issue, 10 /10!

    Awesome Wii Game!

    After I saw the movie series I had to check out the game! Sometimes it's s little annoying because they play Lego clips of the movie between levels and such, but other than that I love this game! It keeps you going, keeps your interest, and truly portrays the characters from the movie. I love this game!

    great game

    Even after you finish all the levels there is still more to do, there are hidden levels and quest after you finish the regular levels. You can unlock characters and use any character after you finish the game and go back into previous levels to unlock hidden items.

    Just like new

    Delivered straight from its 2011 release date, the case, Manual, and disc have not one single evidence of wear and tear, it looks brand new, and the manuals pages even crack as if they’d never been opened before. The best game I’ve bought from eBay. Wonderful buy.

    great game

    it works great; my son likes the lego characters and how it follows the movie/book pretty accurately. the description of "awesome sauce" he says is pretty accurate (he said with a giggle)

    Quality condition and fun game

    This game came in perfect condition. No scratches and plays very well. The game is a lot of fun, sometimes there is an occasional glitch but that's on the developer's part and they're easily fixed.
