Merchandise received. Printer was advertised as used but was received in like new condition. In addition to outstanding packaging for shipment, seller offered great customer service to help buyer interface printer with computer. I strongly recommend this seller to all ebay buyers who are in the market for used printers

Seller was extremely responsive. Printer was shipped via FedEx and they kept damaging printers in transit. Seller was very diligent in sending replacements until one finally arrived via UPS instead in great condition on the third try. Seller was away during part of the time but he kept in frequent communication to rectify the situation until he could return to straighten everything out and get the printer delivered by a different carrier. Customer service was excellent.

"Replacement unit for a Lexmark 5650 "All-in-one-etc. ..." unit that I bought in 2010"
I find no fault with the advertised product description as the item was factory sealed, unopened and brand new. It was an identical replacement for one I bought in 2010 that worked fine in all modes until it recently failed to operate properly. Both the old and replacement products were intended to be used with Apple computers -- one is a G4 older tower unit and the other is a newer G4 MacBook Pro, both of which supposedly could be supported once the CD was installed (NOTE: The new CD was identical to the old CD). The old unit worked flawlessly in all modes using both computers for electronic inputs until it failed, thereby necessitating purchasing the replacement unit. As a stand alone copier and faxing machine, the replacement unit works fine. However, when attempting ... The instructions stated that the operating systems were supposedly compatible with the replacement unit, but such was not the case even after I checked for and downloaded any printer drivers that applied. Fortunately, I also have and use several Epson printers, all of which can be used successfully with electronic input from either of my two Mac computers.

Love this printer -
Love this printer and I had one like it for 8 years or so and it was still working but thought I wanted to try a different brand... I tried an Epson and after using the Lexmark Printer X5650 and the Productivity Studio, I sold the Epson after 2 months and bought this one exactly like my first one...

Worked ok for 6 months, then had problems recognizing new Lexmark color cartridges. then had to install/reinstall new Lexmark black cartridge. Spent to much money and time getting printer to work, now down to only black...and when its done I going to smash printer with hammer into pieces parts. Do not buy...

Great printer
I love this printer cause it is the only one that will enlarge.. The only problem I have with it and it isnt the printer, I can't get the computer to relate to the printer and print off from the computer. I will have to contact the company to get it figured out. as for the printer fI love it

Not wireless but prints well and uses the 36/37 cartridges
it is not wireless so it is an old fashioned direct connect,good news is it uses the Lexmark 36/37 ink cartridges
