Sent an inquiry through ebay to seller and straight away seller replied and helped dealing with this situation and gave me all the options i have regarding a refund. Unfortunately due to the delivery process fault the item indeed was damaged but due to the options provided by the seller. Im for sure happy with the service provided. And for sure come back.

Once I contacted them about it they were good enough to find me one and send it out! Superb customer service 👍
