Contacted the seller immediately with pictures and full explanation. The seller accused me of sending a picture of the zipper for the front of the parka vs the hood zipper (not true). I sent several more pictures and the seller then accused me of sending pictures of a black parka ( not true) The seller later sent me a message stating their fur don’t fit my parka!
