They charge me $7.77 for shipping and handling to put it in a plastic envelope and ship it through USPS. It was a straw hat that was crunched up to look like a small football. Never would buy from them again. Make it right and return my $7.77.

Then I made contact and they said they would ship again. Then they cut a label of an existing envelope and taped it on the package to send the item. The problem is it was not enough postage so I had to go pay for it to pick it up at the post office. They were also pugs gloves that I could have purchased at the local gas station.
