Borrowed the Verizon SIM from my wife's phone and detects good 4G LTE signal but not a carrier. Will have to get with Verizon to get a new SIM to finish setting it up. It also still has original Android 4.4.4. Too bad it never got turned on long enough to upgrade to Android 6,0. The smart phone side works fine. Now to get the Dumb side working.

The seller was very apologetic and immediately offered a refund or replacement, along with a prepaid return label. The replacement shipped very quickly, worked perfectly, and arrived in brand new condition with a visually brand new appearance. Fantastic price, flawless transaction, fast communication, and top-tier service. Truly a fantastic and highly recommended seller! Seller saved!
