I can't tell if the product works as I found out it will not work with a MAC. Shipping said it was going to take longer than expected by a week then it showed up only a day later than expected. The 2 cd roms each have some scratches but don't seem to effect them. The price was right for the item if I can get it to work.

The response was "unknown". Received item, and obviously the case had been opened. Half the case screws and board screws were missing. An electronics case that's been open is guaranteed to be broken; accordingly, "unknown" was at best misleading. Some would call it a lie by omission. Seller got $200 for worthless plastic.
