In addition to outstanding packaging for shipment, seller offered great customer service to help buyer interface printer with computer. I strongly recommend this seller to all ebay buyers who are in the market for used printers

    Seller was extremely responsive. Printer was shipped via FedEx and they kept damaging printers in transit. Seller was very diligent in sending replacements until one finally arrived via UPS instead in great condition on the third try. Seller was away during part of the time but he kept in frequent communication to rectify the situation until he could return to straighten everything out and get the printer delivered by a different carrier. Customer service was excellent.

    Great Printer --- Great Seller

    I have had this printer for years. It is reliable, fast and multi-functional. And the Seller was truly super. The only glitch I have found in the 5 or so I have owned over the years is that the bar for holding the printer open tends to break fairly easily. But this is barely even worth mentioning since holding the printer open to replace a toner cartridge, etc, is easy as pie. When my second to last ImageClass 4350d died (because I got food in it), I was so desperate that my wife give me hers and purchased a different brand. She gets by with hers. But I love mine. And I bought this used one because I don't ever want to be in that position again. (By the way, non-OEM toner cartridges work as well as the OEM's so you can save a fortune on toner.

    Sometimes old is better

    Had one before still had the toner which is less expensive as the other printer I have too. Works great and was a very great price. Loved the free shipping 🎉

    Bad deal

    Advertised as easy fixer but the disclosure did not include the fact the cartage lever was damaged and the printer could not be fixed. Junk. Robert M. Shaw
