It was dispatched in a timely fashion but was delayed due to me being hit with customs charges. This should have been highlighted in the costs and as such I consider it to be a major omission. The overall costs meant it would have been cheaper to order directly from Bose and have a 2 year warranty to boot!

Thankfully I got a immediate reply from them on that day stating that I had been issued a full refund for the order no issues whatsoever, very pleased with the service and that they were willing to refund me without any problems.

The record shows the item was damaged after delivery, not during shipping.
