I reached out to the seller and they gave me a round about story about their religious standing and alcoholism. I asked for a simple refund as the item was not as pictured and they denied all accountability for the faulty item. I am extremely disappointed with this seller and their actions. Using religion as a tool to cover up their wrong doings was uncalled for.
