It's hard to beat the value that you get per TB with this deal. The bubble wrap smelled like cigarettes, which was slightly off-putting, but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

First was DOA (which can even happen with new) and getting it swapped out was as simple as emailing them the symptoms. New one seems to run fine and is happily serving as a drive to house backups. 16tb for this price is hard to argue with and even the initial hiccup was pretty minor.

Also to note, you can't beat the 2 year in house warranty.
