After a few days with no reply and no shipment, I asked to cancel the order. Seller canceled without hesitation. No pushback at all. Seller is a very slow shipper and a very poor communicator although I have purchased from them before and all packages do eventually get to you in the condition stated by the buyer. I think they are a small business. I will do business with seller again.

The product itself was just as advertised, no issues with condition or packaging. This is my first KastKing product and the quality is significantly better than I assumed and the reel also looks better than I thought it would. The price is also fair, especially considering the 10.5:1 ratio has been out of stock on KastKing's website for a while.

ESPECIALLY when I paid over $16 and the item i recived is $8.49 retail anywhere! Took forever to be sent out as well. Just BAD
