      As a Rookie 1st time Card Buyer, I did not see where to provide My Cell # be Updated. So, I waited for the Delivery ..... That was 6 days ago, I checked on Status this morning. I Checked for Ebay message-- Bell at Top Right of site-- Yep, Hi-Tech had a 6 day old message requesting my Cell # so that they could UpDate my account with my purchase. By Noon TrakFone was good for another year. Professional Customer Service in the Message Chat. And I'll See Hi-Tech next Year.

      I'm happy with the product and the service, but I'm confused. I ordered from Ebay but it was delivered by Amazon. It was put in front of my carport which is about 50 feet in back of my house. The few times I've ordered from Amazon they "always" do that. My house is clearly visible and I'd prefer to have my stuff delivered to my house, not my garage/carport on the back of my property. I've mentioned this before, but evidently it didn't connect with the right people.

      We're as confused too... this can not be about our item here, This item is a "cellular payment refill" that is added electronically ▶ nothing is shipped because It's added directly to customer's phone by online same day.

      Great seller and great communication. Our phone had a tech limitation and did not take the card. Seller contacted promptly and issued refund right after. Will come back in the future.
