    Don't get stuck, get this stick

    I started playing Elire Dangerous with my mouse and keyboard. Not the greatest way to play but doable. That said I figured maybe I should look for a stick to help me out in the fighting department. I cranked up Google and got slammed with so many styles and configurations and not least of all different price points. Some if these sticks go for upwards of a grand. Now don't get me wrong I like gadgets and buttons but to spend that much money to play a game that cost me 25 dollars jyst didn't make sense. I read up on all the sticks that were out there and then I got to this one. I saw that they were selling for around 50 dollars (much more reasonable) and that it had a lot of nice features and enough buttons to map as to make it much handier than just a mouse and keyboard ...

    been through at least 20 of these from the beginning of these going on sale! i still have 3.if, you don`t drop them or beat on them they last a while! most of the one`s that broke we`re keeping it, in sync, electronics gets eratic and won`t stay still it will pull to a side, and it`s done after a while i had to keep unplugging it, and plug it back in. till they finally become unusable. and the hat switch, is kind of weak and will break under had use, then you open it up, glue the hat switch cage back together and you`ll be fine! it`s work $20.00 to $30.00 now!

    great if you know how to use

    Though it is easy to use, there is definitely a learning curve if you, like me, are not used to using flight sticks. With a traditional Xbox or playstation type controller I can start most games with confidence. I have been using these types for at least 13 years, thus I am adept at using them. The flight stick is a completely different experience that I am only a beginner at, but will keep practicing to get better!

    Logitech 3D extreme joystick

    I haven’t found an air combat sim that uses a joystick that doesn’t cost $50 or a tank game where you use the joystick. Like 15 years ago I played a tank combat game with an M1 tank. It was a great game the tank was easy to drive using the twist function. I haven’t been able to use it but I love the layout of this joystick with enough buttons to push to piss off anyone lol. It arrived in good shape and everything seemed to work.

    Exactly what i needed.

    I love everything about the extreme 3d pro. The only thing is the throttle and its still better then nothing. It turns great and the buttons are easy to access. It looks sort of cheap but feels great in your hands. The base is firm and it doesnt move much on my wooden desktop. But i could use some adhesive to hold it down evsn firmer. You have to really put pressure to move it anyways. Ill definitely want a second stick eventually for more control but i dont technically need it. Am playing elite dangerous on it!
