Unfortunately, there appears to be a factory defect with it that affects audio and picture quality for scenes 12-14. This isn't the seller's fault and otherwise they were great. The actual condition of the product was exactly as described. Perfect box and disc quality. I contacted the seller and they would do nothing about it.
