Item arrived and clearly for a child. This was not in the advert (although the seller has since changed). I asked for the item to be returned as "does not match description". Seller/ebay provided incorrect label which was for an envelope with no tracking for ebay return. Asked seller to amend label and they refused, twice, had to get ebay customer services involved. I showed the provided label to the postman who said it was for a letter with no tracking. I tried to resolve the situation with this seller who said in a message "Hi ebay state we need to provide a return label which we have done, we will not be supplying any other label as the one we have sent you is correct." I've tried to send the item back but the seller just wouldn't assist me. Ebay had to intervene to resolve.
