The only issue was the signature required for delivery by USPS. This created a few issues, delaying delivery. However, in researching the matter this morning, it turns out that ebay adds the requirement automatically now on higher dollar value shipments, those $750 and up. They say it protects both buyer & seller and is required to keep the ebay "Money Back Guarantee" in place.
