Absolutely unacceptable in today's day and age. Didn't realize seller does not take returns so putting this out there do not buy from this seller! I found a better option in the two and a half weeks it took to get here! Do not buy from this seller!! The TITLE says BOTTOM OF SCREEN. Yet the buyer thought it meant for the entire perimeter of screen. Cant fix stupid. took him 2 weeks to get us correct size of cage, so we could make the correct pads. We made the pads for him, custom. We went out of our way to make these and he then leaves this feedback. Waiting on return.
