Top Notch Therapy Methods
Fantastic back therapy exercises. Book was highly recommended by my Physical Therapist along with the Treat Your Own Neck book. They have both helped literally stop the pain. He did recommended that if an exercise did not help to stop immediately and try one of the others. I have gone forward two steps and back one several times but for the fist time in months I am pain free without heavy duty drugs.Fantastic back therapy exercises. great little resource to have handy every morning
easy to read in one sitting; exercises are practical; easy to memorize after a few weeks of practicing these exercises daily! highly recommend and great value for the price!

Easy and Effective Exercises Bring Relief from Pain
My husband and I have gotten so much relief from the exercises in this book over the years, and from the companion book about neck pain. I bought this copy for a friend who is struggling with back pain and he is already getting relief after just a few days.

Fix your back
This is a real fix for lower back and hip pain. In a short amount of time I got real relief for a serious injury. It is now a part of my regular exercise.
