    This does look like it was brand new as there were no visible scuffs marks or any signs that it was used before. The seller went above and beyond and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and was super responsive with all my questions. Shipping was quick and the package was well wrapped and secured. I have no problem charging my device and it fits the buds perfectly with no problems connecting at all! A++ on this purchase and the seller! Highly recommend!

    Ok Product

    So I bought this since I am still pregnant and wanted, an easy to use hands free blue tooth for my car that would also play media files as well. So as far as media play back goes and voice commands and voice read back of caller id or other information it works great. However from the phone call side of things everyone that I have talked to using this device says it has an echo of them selves... so even with the volume turned way down it still seems to pick up there speaking and echo it back to them. Now I am not sure if it is just this unit or if they all do that. Otherwise it seems to hold a great charge and last for a good while on that charge.

    Easy to use and inexpensive

    This speakerphone is functional,easy to use, and very affordable. I particularly like the automatic on/off feature. i previously owned a different unit, and was constantly forgetting to turn it off when I parked my vehicle for the night.

    Jabra Journey

    I like the auto on and off on this model, but they did away with the FM option, which allows transmission of Pandora, etc. in the car. It also has a very nasty echo on the other end of the call. Haven't figured out how to eliminate this, and have tired adjusting volume on the Jabra, my phone and the phone of the person on the other end. No luck so far.

    Bluetooth feature appears to not be working.

    Unable to use this speakerphone as it would not pair up with any of my three cell phones. The cell phones did not detect this as a blue-tooth device so really have no way to evaluate properly. Can't determine if it is the speakerphone problem or directions or what. Seems to work okay otherwise.
