Works well. Well made
I’ve used the rack a few times now and it works great. The construction is solid. Assembly was simple. The mounts for the bicycles have thick polymer cups to protect cables and paint. The Velcro straps hold securely. At some point I will likely need to replace the Velcro with a different system as it wears out, but that is expected with Velcro. The only modification I made was drilling out the hitch pin bolt so I could put a lock in it rather than a cotter pin. The tilt down feature lets me open the tailgate of my Yukon easily. Because it is hitch mounted, it does interfere with the back up assist, and is fully visible in the back up camera. I don’t find this to be an issue, but included this information because I hadn’t thought about it before I noticed it.I’ve used the rack a few times now and it works great. The construction is solid. Good - sturdy and functional.
The only thing making this a four versus a five is that the hitch itself is a little sloppy. It does not fit into the 2-in receiver snugly and therefore wobbles about a bit. The joint s are very firm the unit comes with pins that you can pop in and out. It's a very functional unit and sturdy I have no worries about its strength. Just think it could have been manufactured to a tighter tolerance level all around. The next step of judging this for quality will be in about a year when we see if the metal holds up or if it starts to rust all over. I have definite questions about the pins that were provided although they can be replaced. They look like they are still with a very thin chrome plating. Nice product
Great product. Best if used with male bar bikes. Female tilted bar hard to fit. A great product if you are aware of this.

It was excellent.
This is an awesome bike rack. I am very very happy with it. The price and the quality is perfect. I had to do a few modification to it, because this new bike frame does not fit, but I rather stay with it and do the modification and not return it. Wow! the design, quality, material and price its marvelous. Thanks!

good bike rack
i just installed it on my honda crv and it seems really sturdy... i haven't gotten around to putting 4 bikes as of yet... but it looks like it will hold... fingers crossed!!
